COVID-19 Notice

Appointments are required. We do not accept unscheduled walk-ins. If you have an emergency, you must call us in advance so we can understand your problem and prepare to triage.

Please plan to park in the parking lot behind our building and call us when you arrive. Our goal is to minimize your contact with our staff. When you arrive:

Call our Receptionist 310-474-3398 to be checked in.

We will be asking you to describe your car: your phone number and color/make of your vehicle.

You are required to wear a mask or our staff will not be able to retrieve your pet. Please give your pet(s) to our veterinary assistant along with any questions that you might have.

Having as much information regarding why your pet is being examined written down on paper along with your cell phone number and a secondary number will help speed things through. Please make sure to keep your phone available at all times.

Please plan on staying in your vehicle until a plan of action is determined by our doctor and is authorized by you.

This process may take longer than usual and we appreciate your patience as your pet is triaged through our hospital.
